Pricing

Let's keep this simple. For a full day business conference event, the daily fee is approximately $1,600. The price will vary based on the size of the event, number of attendees, number of concurrent sessions (number of rooms that need to be photographed within the same time block) and whether or not there are evening activities (generally after 6PM) that need coverage.

For less than full day work, the hourly rate is $250 with a two hour minimum.

For evening only events (think post conference cocktail hours, award banquets, parties, etc., the hourly rate is $250 with a three hour minimum.

As with everything in life, all things are negotiable and will vary based on your specific needs.
